[#9621] - 6.3.1 unstable (CPU always peaks), 6.3.0 OK

When using 6.3.1 my CPU is at full and the program takes a long time to load when I open a .jrxml file.

Every time I click somthing on the report the program "freezes" i.e. takes 20-30 seconds to respond. It is unusable and I wonder why version 6.3.0 works fine but not 6.3.1?

Windows 10 (Ani update, updates as of June 15) / Eclipse Neon .2 / Jasperstudio 6.3.1
