When I add header fields in a corsstab header and specify border properties (thickness 0.5), they dont align with the borders of rowgroup fields. (I haven't faced this issue in ealier versions of studio but 6.3)

As I see from screenshot, you've set thickness of header bigger than 0.5 (maybe 1.5). So, the thickness of header and rowgroup are different, right?
- Do you set the Border properties of the Cell, or of the Text Field (that is inside the Cell)?

- Do you expect the outer border to not go out anywhere, but remain inline?
- Please, attach the report (jrxml), to reproduce the issue.

Please attach a jrxml sample with your crosstab, screenshots, highline where the problem is. I created a similar one, and I have all aligned in design and preview.
