[#8841] - I have to repeatedly click on the 'Save' button before Jaspersoft Studio will save JRXML file

I have to repeatedly click either 'Save' or 'Save All' before Jaspersoft Studio will save the pending changes to a JRXML file. The number of times I click save before the JRXML file is saved is arbitrary.

This behavior is exhibited on a coworker's installation as well. We have found a bad work-around for now. Clicking the 'X' button to close Jaspersoft then selecting 'Cancel' in the 'Close Jaspersoft' dialog seems to allow us to subsequently click 'Save' to commit pending file changes.

Same problem with Jaspersoft Studio comunity edition 6.1.0. (before on Win 8 and now too on Win10 pro)
Coworker also has this problem.
Our work-around is X button on jrxml file :)

We have the same problem. The file will be saved but it seems that the file is directly marked as changed again.
