Hi,
Sinds JSS 6.0.1, JSS creates doubles of the Data Adapters. Sometimes it's only 1 double, often it creates 2x to 4x. JSS 5.6.2 does not read these changes.

JSS even removes the custom data provider (-s) I added. It's quite ridicules to see.
It seems a bug that was fixed in the last versions, but in the 6.0.1 it should be already fixed. Strange, can you send me the contents of your_workspace\.metadata\.plugins?
Please note that inside this folder there is the configurations of JSS, so every data adapter and server configuration, with also the password in clear if you are not using the secure storage. You can consider to send them to my email morlandi@tibco.com .
