Hi, first of all there is no indication of which Jaspersoft Studio version was used.
I can only assume that you were trying to create a data adapter (probably JDBC).
Having the list of steps you performed would help in trying to reproduce the issue.
Also seeing the full error log would help.
Some other questions:
- can this issue be reproduced every time you try to create a data adapter? for example even a JDBC mysql/mariadb/postgres one?
- I'm not familiar with this SAP FSM stuff. Did you try to add a JDBC driver for it? How is it configured and can a test environment be easily and free of charge be reproduced?
- did you install additional plugins in the Jaspersoft Studio instance?
- did you experience any previous errors before trying to create the data adapter?
As you can see without proper information it's basically impossible to get a glimpse of what went wrong.
Please provide some details and if possible register a screencast (video) of the steps being performed.
