- Download Jasper report in docx format is not proper. It downloads but the file size is of 0kb.
- Also it gives a message of "The DOCX format does not support more than 63 columns in a table".

Hi, the bug mentions version 6.4.3. Is it correct?
It's very old, you should try newer ones.
That said, you should also provide a sample jrxml to reproduce the issue.

yes, the version is 6.4.3.
But the error says: "Column number 162 out of range: the DOCX format does not support more than 63 columns in a table"
Please try to reproduce the problem with one of the latest version (i.e 6.19.0), even in a simple workspace inside a VM.
A sample JRXML could help in testing on our side as well. Thanks.
