Hello
after Migration to TIBCO Jasper Studio 6.14.0 or 6.16.0 and modification of reports, which I create and execute for Data Crow, I get the message:
ERROR [Thread-143] (ReportingDialog.java\:377) - net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Class not found when loading object from file: B:\Data Crow 4\reports\musicalbum\Liste der grossen deutschen Tanzorchester.jasper.
net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Class not found when loading object from file: B:\Data Crow 4\reports\musicalbum\Liste der grossen deutschen Tanzorchester.jasper.
The reports created in earlier versions still run without error. But if I modify a report und create a new report file, I get that error.
As I see in the documentation exists in actual Jaspersoft no "net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException". What is the reason for the error or where is the package to find?

Hi, can you please detail on what is your setup? Not sure what is this "Data Crow" stuff you mentioned. In the error you listed there is a reference to a ReportingDialog.java file. Not sure from where this comes up.
Anyhow the net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException it's a foundation class of the JasperReports library since ages.
I suppose something is not configured correctly. Maybe this external software you are using is relying on an older version of JR and that's the reason you are getting the error with the .jasper produced by the latest JSS version?!
Regards,
Massimo.
