[#3345] - Installation of Jaspersoft ETL TIS Pro fails on MacOSX

Have downloaded version the following version:

Jaspersoft ETL (a.k.a. TIS Pro) "All in One" Installer v5.2.2 (ZIP)

Everytime I run the installbuilder.sh the following files are generated (where ???? is a number):

/tmp/bitrock_debug_????.xml
/tmp/bitrock_installer_????.log

The latest log file file produced is attached.

When I attempt to execute the install as follows:
./installbuilder.sh --mode text

... it works up until a certain point... then it fails with the following error;

Error: There has been an error.
Error renaming /Applications/Jaspersoft-5.2.2/jac/start_tac.sh to
/Applications/Jaspersoft-5.2.2/jac/start_jac.sh
Press [Enter] to continue :

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

did you find a solution for the described problem? I'm facing the same trying to install Jaspersoft ETL under Windows 7 (64 bit).

I'm using the following version/file: TIBCOJaspersoft-JETL-Installer-20150908_1633-V6.0.1-installer.zip

I'm getting a very similar error:

Error: There has been an error.
Error renaming /opt/TIBCOJaspersoft-7.1.1/logserv/logserv/* to
/opt/TIBCOJaspersoft-7.1.1/logserv
