Each time I try to access the JasperReportsServer API after JasperReportsServer couple of hours inactivity, it takes over a 10 minutes to response.
At this time the main page of tomcat is working fine.
After this, JasperReportsServer has normal response times until another long period of inactivity.
There are no any error records in the log.
It appears only on CentOs (7.1). (Tomcat is running under root user)
On Windows it works fine.
