[#5833] - Show Report filters on print out

When displaying or exporting a report, it would be nice to see what report filters were selected.

After showing the ability to run and export reports to a few client, some feedback that came up multiple times was, when I show my boss a graph, they should know what it represents. Usually the Title area can explain this however, if there are a lot of filters selected that will not work as well.
