Only since JasperServer 4.1 (3.7 is safe).
A Boolean Input Control referenced by a Cascading Input Control is always "null" and so you can't use it to filter data.
A workaround is to use a Single Select List of Values with two option "yes" and "no" instead of a Boolean IC.
