As a truly SAAS company the need for organizations to control different aspects of their use of the Jaspersoft implementation is important.
There should be the ability to manage the following:
- Length of time "aru####..." reports are stored in repository
- Export options within scheduler (format outputs, report destination (local repository or external).
- Access to Analysis - if not enabled for an organization it should not be part of the refine list in the repository
In a SAAS implementation we want to minimize administrative overhead with 1 single source code base and then make it configurable within the application itself so that customer's can leverage or minimize exposure of functionality.
Settings implemented at the organization level can be built into the template folder which then after the organization is implemented with the default value, the customer can change to meet their business needs.
