Currently when authoring an ad hoc report I can select the data filter conditions. My choices then dictate behavior and interaction with the report at run time.
My request is two fold:
1) Within Filter step of the Create Ad Hoc Report that adds a check box in addition to "Prompt" for the condition referred to as "Run Time" which will then present the field and all avaiable operand conditions during report execution. For example, if I have Registration Date field I can either select a specific date or a date range at the time I run the report.
2) Add a condition panel option to dashboards. Instead of adding each input control for the objects in the dashboard, include a dashboard condition panel which leverages the different operands as is in the create ad hoc report filter step.
