[#4439] - Input Control Locate Datatype does not select radio button

When you create a new input control, selecting the datatype in the combobox does not automatically set the radio button to "From the Repository"

This is compounded by choosing "Localy Defined" and then "Back" throws you right back to the repository manager.

Altering the combobox does set the radio button in other sections such as choosing the repository when adding a new report resource.
