During build-ce an attempt is made to download the Ingres JDBC driver from the maven repository.
groupId and artifactId and version require updating to match the maven repository path.

Is the Ingres JDBC driver in ibiblio or some other maven repository? Meaning will this setting work generally for the community?

The setting should work for the general community. The driver was announced earlier this year http://community.ingres.com/forum/comp-databases-ingres/10909-info-ingre..., which contains links to the repository and a wiki article.
