[#3819] - Opening file content resource (Excel) of JasperReports Server / Tomcat with Internet Explorer displays binary data inline

We would consider it a bug since it works in other browsers than IE.
We would see the severity as Major, because it limits the use of the dir structure and its rights management enormously when reports or (MS) office documents cannot be accessed properly after automatic or manual (upload) generation.
