Lots of the data we need to export and deliver via email is sensitive and needs to be encrypted in transit. One way to deliver this content securely would be to encrypt the data using PGP.
Attaching either the user's PGP key id (and fetching the key from a keyserver) or attaching the recipient's key directly to the job plus running the data through GnuPG or something similar would be very convenient or this purpose.
