I cant access Jaspersoft AWS instance. The login page is frozen on the blue screen.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time, i had to recreate new stack, lost all the data. I dont want to do that this time around.
The last thing i did before this error happened was, removing some of the default users in Jaspersoft. And assigned superuser to another user i added to the list.
Which users you delete ?
Sugestion - don`t touch "superuser" account, it`s special account which must be present in system.
i did not delete superuser account, which mine is.
However, one of the default user had the superuser role related to it. That was deleted. I don't see warning of not deleting it. How do i bring this back again?
