[#2961] - net.sf.jasperreports.style.evaluation.time does not apply on conditional statement for xlsx

In Jasper 5.0 when we try to schedule the report the net.sf.jasperreports.style.evaluation.time.enabled = true does not take any effect if you save the output as xlsx.

If your RUN the report and export it as xslx the conditional statement does not take effect. Whereas everything works good in xls.

The issue is always reproducible.
