[#2825] - Populate datetime input control from control query

Would like a way to set the default value of a datetime input control from a control query.

Our default start/stop dates are defined in the database, so a query to populate the default parameter value would be preferred.
We use a jasperserver portal approach.

Please help or indicate if this has already been addressed.
