[#2723] - Ability to add Cc or Bcc to scheduled reports

We need the ability to add Cc or Bcc to scheduled reports. In this case I need to send a report to 33 people and I don’t each person to be listed under the To: and creating 33 different scheduled reports is not a feasible solution.

Also what is RECIPIENT_TYPE under jasperserver2.jireportjobmailrecipient for? I can not find any documentation on this field.
