[#2562] - Max Value of Date Parameter as Sysdate or Today's date

Date  data type can be restricted by setting the Min and Max Value in the DataType Properties.

Expression or Function cannot be use to set the Dynamic Min Or Max Date as field only allows you to have integer and some special character used for representing date.

We can also have expression field for other data type like number & Date/Time.
