This is for Community Edition Jasper server, not studio. I recently upgraded my laptop to MacOS Big Sur and tried to start up my Jasper server v7.8, but the login page (http://localhost:8080/jasperserver/login.html) would not load in Chrome or Firefox (latest stable versions). Thinking it might just an outdated Jaspersoft version, I downloaded and installed Jasper server 8.0. I started the server as the last step in the install process by checking the box that asks if you want to start the server and log in. It took a long time, but the login page eventually showed up and let me log in. However, I couldn't navigate to any page other than the repository view; the browser just sat and churned. I rebooted my laptop, and this time started the Jasper server by running the ctlstart.sh script. It appeared to run ok, and showed up in a process list. Unfortunately I can't even get past the login page now. Catalina.out is attached.
