A Text Field is populated with a date, may be mysql field or generated with the Date function.
It's formatted with the pattern dd-MMM-YYYY and works OK, except for december 28 (tested with 2020-12-28, 2021-12-28 and 2005-12-28);
in this case the formatted value adds one year.
