In Firefox 80.0.1 drop-down lists from input controls for report parameters immediately close after opening them so it’s not possible to select a value from the list. Those lists work in Firefox 78.3.0esr, Chrome and Chrome based MS Edge.
Tested with JasperReports Server 7.8.0 Build 20200807_1412.

Jasperserver 7.1.0 -> Client update to Firefox 69.0 and single select query combo opens and closes with no chance to choice
