Could you please include an additional recurrence option "Cron Recurrance" (e.g.) perhaps?
This field would simply be a text field in which you can write your own cron statement. The statement would be verified
and then used to schedule reports.
A lot of reports are "last Friday of the month" etc. would be achievable through this means.
