[#11576] - calculated measure in JasperServer Adhoc Crosstab returns no value

I have several measure that are integers.
I also have a set of calculated measures that either sums a set of the above measures of divide that sum by another measure.
These calculated Measures work in the "Table"-setting of the Adhoc View module of JasperReport Server but in "crosstab"-setting they are empty if the Summary Calculation setting for that Calculated measure is "Sum" and "0" if set to "Count all"

Perhaps unrelated but the manual refers to an "Add Summary Column" option when right clicking on the header of a column, no such option becomes available right clicking on the headers of any of the columns, either in the crosstab of layout band.
