Hey,
we are facing following issue:
The "Download" button in the Dashboard doesn´t work.

In order to solve the issue, we want to use PhantomJS as the engine to execute JavaScript when generating graphical reports that are run in the background or scheduled.

Once PhantomJS is installed, it points to JasperReports Server to its location. In order to this the configuration file of the server needs to be edited. Hence, somebody with admin rights to the Insights Camato Web Server can do it.
However, we want to know whether you have a new feature or solution to tackle the problem.
If this is the case, please keep us in the loop regarding it as soon as possible.
Otherwise, I want to know whether adding following to the configuration file of the WebServer for Windows is correct in order to make the "Download" button for the Dashboards work:
"For example, if you're using Windows and you expanded the PhantomJS 2.0 ZIP file into the root of your C: drive:
com.jaspersoft.jasperreports.highcharts.
phantomjs.executable.path=C:\\phantomjs-2.0-windows\phantomjs.exe"
