I have report with ColumnHeader, Detail(the table entries), ColumnFooter and Summary. Exporting to Excel. I want to order bands on page: ColumnHeader, Detail, ColumnFooter, Summary.
I have 2 problems(test1):
1) On the last page Summary Band is before ColumnFooter
2) Break pagination

Parameters:
Ignore Pagination = false
net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.remove.empty.space.between.rows = false
Float Column Footer = true
Summary On A New Page = false

If I use property net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.remove.empty.space.between.rows = true
and Maximize Band Height Summary
then the order is true, pagination is broken (test2)

Hi,

I don't understand what you mean when you say "pagination is broken (test2)"
In my opinion, if you use isSummaryNewPage=true and net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.remove.empty.space.between.rows=true, you should see the summary after the column footer, as you want.
The summary band height should not matter.

Thanks,
Teodor

Hello,
test2.jrxml export to xls ( result is test2.xls ). Problem with pagination.
I expect Column Header to repeat on each page: Each page start with Column Header.
I click file print preview
I see the second Column Header is on the first page (test2.png)
I expect the second Column Header on second page.
What should I do? are the any workarounds?
Happy New Year!

Hi,

Try to set the net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.page.scale property as follows:

<property name="net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.page.scale" value="97"/>

This will adjust the page content to 97% of the normal size, and the second column header will be printed on the second page.
Please let us know if this setting solved the problem.

Thank you,
Sanda
