Add API to validate report designs, specifically:
- Make sure that no fixed texts are used (every text is taken from a resource bundle)
- Collect all resource bundle keys to verify that we have all the texts we need
- Collect all colors used to make sure that the report only uses the official palette
- Collect all fonts used to make sure only endorsed fonts are used
Add an API to validate rendering a report:
- Find text/pictures which is outside of bounding boxes (cut off because there is not enough space on the page, etc).
