[#14331] - Image rendering issue with image property set to scale w.r.t. real height

I am trying to render image in crosstab however it is throwing following exception:

net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException: Crosstab has not printed anything on 3 consecutive pages, likely infinite loop.

Attaching jrxml and the sample image that creates problem. Possibly it is issue because jasper is not able to reduce height of image with respect to available height.
