[#13171] - pdf created by jasperreports library containing table is not passing in 508 complaint check

Hi Team,

We are trying to use jasper reports to create pdf from html content, that html may contain some images, text and tables with data. Our need is to create a pdf of this html content that is 508 compliant. For testing of pdf for 508 compliance we are using 'PAC3' and 'CommonLook' tools.

But the generated pdf is failing for table with errors "Scope attribute not specified for TH element." and "Cell does not have column headers associated with it for all Header cells"(see the attached generated pdf and the 508 compliance standard testing report by commonlook on which it is failing below).

Please suggest or advise what we can do to make this pdf passed in full 508 complaint check if this feature is available in jasper library or not.
