[#13096] - groupHeader printed twice on new page

I encountered the artifact that the same group header is printed twice at the beginning of a new page.

I have attached an example report, a screenshot of the occurance in Jaspersoft Studio and the CSV file referenced by the data adapter.

I suspect that this is caused by the combination of the group properties "Reprint Header on Each Page" and "Minimum Details To Start From Top".

i do have similar issue where group header is being duplicated on new page. was there any solution or fix?
