[#13001] - Allow "ScaleFont" feature on multiple columns reports

When working on multi columns report, we need to use a text field that will stretch to multiple columns, to the limit of the page, however, the font must be scaled so if the amount of text is too big, it will resize to fit on one page only.

Using the "ScaleFont" wont work in this case as the text field height seems to be delimited to it's defined size (no stretch) when using the Scale Font feature, however, I can't set the element height as big as the multi columns, because Jasper Studio only allows us to set element size as big as the first column height only.

Maybe related to #12996 ?
