[#10821] - bad quality when i print in preview page use PDF mode

Hi all,i use ireport in my j2ee web project that version is 5.0.0 and 6.2.0,i found a problem where i preview the file in format mode is verything is normal. BUT,when i printed the file with ireport ,problem was came,the print result was bad quality whati i can not accepted...if i change to others file to print not use ireport, all is ok.SO i think may be has something ignored..

could everyone can i me to solve this problem...
