[#13701] - minus sign not showing correctly with Swedish language settings in jasper studio.

Seems like minus signs disappear when you have standard Swedish settings in windows. We run the report from a Java application.
Would be great if this was resolved fairly quickly as all our customers client reports now a risk showing the wrong numbers. Setting local can be a workaround but it sorta change the formating incorrectly instead.
So what we expect is:
- 1 000,00
What we get:
1 000,00
What we get by setting locale.
- 1,000.00
This have sorta always worked so it would be good if you could return this to how it previously worked.
