[#8551] - Ireports freezes when clicking on query icon

when in a new report or existing, i cannot click on the query edit icon to change the selection query and test the query. I was able to do this until last week. is there something that is known that causes this. Maybe a setting on my pc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled IReports and that did not correct the issues. screenshot of icon used.
