load/save Entities
iReport has problems with external entities:
1.- External entities that are in the classpath but not in the report directory are not found: <!ENTITY reportStyles SYSTEM "ReportStyles.ent"> does not found the entity even if it is in the classpath.
2.- When it finds it (if is in same directory) and the report is saved, the entity is saved inline in the report, not as a external entity.

I don't plan to add support for external entities at least
in save mode.
Anyway I'll move your submission into the RFE traker.
