Dragging a parameter with CTRL key should always work instead on CTRL key press.
- If you start dragging the parameter and press CTRL, it will not work.
- You have to press CTRL and then start the parameter drag.
Information is not explicit on this, the better aproach it is enable CTRL after the dragging is already started.
Or else it seems that it does not do nothing!
