[#4914] - Not possible to change background color for a word in a textfield

Hey

I am trying to change background color for one word in a static Text field in iReport 3.7.4. I can see the result correct in iReport preview.

I can even generate a pdf and the background color is correct. But when I generate a docx, the background color disappear.

Is this a bug in iReport? If yes, when will it be fixed?
If no, how do I fix this?

If it is possible, I would most of all use the highlight function in MS word, but it seams iReport does not support this. Is this correct?
