[#4810] - SQLite JDBC Plugin fails to properly install

The plugin is listed and appears to download and install correctly to

~/.ireport/3.7.1/modules/ext

no entry in classpath, no driver listed in drop down so you cant create a new connection.

I can create a service entry and list the tables, but cannot create a new datasource.
