[#4608] - sub-sub-reports do not automatically compile

Compiling a report, automatically compiles sub reports. But it does not compile sub-sub-reports. ie. It does not recursively compile sub reports.

I have a 4-deep sub report... and keeping track of things gets very difficult. I have to keep remembering to select 'compile' every time I modify sub-report, otherwise I end up scratching my head for an hour.
