Hello,
The Text Field Expression screen is very useful if your a bit in doubt to what functions are available but would it be possible to create some kind of a filter so that only a certain number of functions are displayed.
When deploying the report to a JDK5 application we would not like to have JDK6 options. iReport handles the functions String.isEmpty() without any problem but this is JDK6 only so this give deploy issues.
Of course one you know which alternative syntax is to be used but this feature could be handy for newbies of when someone is not certain if a specific functions is to be used.
