It is very easy to design the report using iReport when it is to be printed on the blank page. But when it comes to designing the report for already printed (partially) paper like Invoices, it is very difficult. In fact you have to do it on the trial and error basis. Because you measure the x,y distances on the paper in cm or mm but when you enter it in properties window there is no unit to specify.
Please at least provide some formula for calculation.
