[#4421] - Updating report from Repository Navigator does not provide same subreport check that initial publishing does.

When using the repository navigator in iReport (3.6) to create a new report unit you will be prompted to include the subreport and to change the relative path to "repo:". However, when you're just updating the main.jrxml file of an already published report it does not check for the subreport and just blindly uploads the current jrxml in iReport thereby overwriting the one on the server that had the relative path changed initially. The result is a JS error when viewing about not being able to load the subreport object.
