When I try to add a report unit from iReport 3.5.1 (or 3.6.0) running on Ubuntu Linux machine to a JasperServer 3.5.0 instance running on Windows machine (on Glassfish AS 2.1), I get an error message:

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.
Sometimes the main report is uploaded to the server, sometimes not. If the report contains additional subreports, and this error occurs, the subreports are usually not uploaded, so JasperServer will contain an uncomplete report unit.
If I reproduce these steps with JasperServer running on Linux machine (so both iReport and JasperServer run on Linux), the report unit is added to the server without any problems.

[Note 1: The Linux instance of JasperServer is the same WAR file as the Windows one, both of them run on Glassfish AS 2.1, underlying JasperServer database is the same for both JasperServer instances.]
[Note 2: I haven't tested this on Windows-Windows combination.]
