There is no option to set a crosstab row's height on 3.5.3 nb.
This has to be done either by changing the jrxml source code or by trying to drag the row manually. The latter does not work if the total row has a height of 0 as iReport is unable to tell which line you are dragging.

Just hold the shift key to drag an hidden band.
Hello giulio. First of all thank your for your suggestion. Unfortunately it has two problems. The first is that it does not allow the user to define an exact value. The second is that it still isnt working. I have the same behaviour as not holding the shift key at all.
