[#4105] - The report runs in netbeans but it doesn't in jar file

I create my repots using the iReport plugin for netbeans, and when i runs the project from neatbens it works perfect, but if I try it using the jar file it doesn't work, I trace the issue in the line when i use the fill Manager, and i try it using different loading methods but all fails.
