Hi,
Good day.
We have installed iReport version 5.6.0 on Windows Server 2008 standard with Jave version 6 (Jre6) on the c:\program files\java\jre. Everything works perfectly well.
Recently, we have update our Java version 6 to version 7 (Jre7) on the c:\program files\java\jre7 by uninstalled the Jave 6 and then install the jave 7. So, the path for java 6 which is c:\program files\java\jre is not longer valid and exist in the file system.
What happen is that when we open the iReport 5.6.0, it is not able to open and run and prompt us that Cannot find java.exe neither c:\Program Files\Java\jre\java.exe not c:\Program Files\Java\bin\java.exe exists.
Therefore, we uninstall and re-install the iReport 5.6.0 but same error message prompt up.
Is there a config files that we need to set in iReport to correctly path to new java ? We have set the classpath and path in system environment but no luck as well.
Please assist us.
Thank you.
Regards
Gilbert
