[#3978] - Problem working with Uppercase words

I have worked with Jasper Reports previosly(For about one year) but this is the first i have encountered a problem like this. I am trying to display a certain list in a Jasper report(version 5.6.0). It works fine but there are few records in uppercase which are displayed with a line break sort of thing.

For example, "Khadi Gramodyog Sangh" is printed correctly but the same variable in the next record with value "KHDC" is printed with a line break after 3rd alphabet.I tried changing my db but whenever i send KHDC it always prints KHD(line break)C. One of my guess is a bug related to Characted encoding but i am not sure.

Any help will be kindly appreciated.
